Allan Gannon (Managing Director)
Allan has amassed over 25 years experience in the security industry and has played an active role in raising the overall standards of professionalism particularly in the Event Security sector. Allan is a leading authority in a wide variety of security sectors and is a specialist in the following areas – commercial property & asset protection, homeland & overseas security, intelligence gathering, threat assessment, armed security, aviation security, maritime security, security audits, surveillance & tracking systems, major event & arena security including global events, close protection and weapons training courses. Allan is a regular speaker on the security conference circuit and provides commentary on global security trends and issues to media outlets such as TV/Radio/Print.
PJ Harte M.SEC I.I. (Operations Manager & Training Instructor)
PJ has overall responsibility for many of Frontline’s operational activities including various assignments ranging from anything from 2 to 400+ staff on any given day. PJ joined Frontline Security in 2001 and has risen through the ranks to his current position of operations manager. PJ is also a licensed training instructor and is a member of the Security Institute of Ireland (S.I.I.) and through this he also oversees our in-house training academy – details of which can be found in our services section. PJ was awarded the S.I.I.’s 2008 Trainer of the Year. Amongst other qualifications PJ holds a diploma in Security Operations and Administrations from NUI Maynooth and is also a former trained fire officer with Monaghan Fire Brigade.
Michael de Veale M.SEC.I.I (B.Comm) (Project Manager)
Michael has a varied role within the company’s management structure ranging from overseeing Frontline’s commercial and business activities to co-ordinating operational assignments from inception to completion. Michael’s career path has seen him work as a key accounts consultant in the Financial Services sector, employed by Contemporary Services Corporation USA as a Stadium Event Manager at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games before returning to work in Ireland in the RDS Events Services dept as a Premises Executive. Michael joined Frontline in 2006, is an honours graduate of UCD specialising in Business Management and is a current member of the ACCA.
